Footwork, discipline, coordination, timing – all skills that translate straight back to the court. 🏀💥

Es geht nicht um Leistung, sondern um Selbstvertrauen, Koordination und – am allerwichtigsten – die Freude an Bewegung. ✨

👧 Pre Teens (6–10 J.) | Mo & Sa
🧑 Teens (11–17 J.) | Mo & Sa

💸 in der Grafik sind für Mitglieder von CrossFit Würzburg - bei nicht Mitgliedern jeweils 10€ mehr.
